Location: Garden of the Gods Park in Colorado Springs, Colorado

I had the honor of capturing Rachel and Sam’s Garden of Gods Photoshoot located in the heart of the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Rachel reached out to me in beginning January asking if I had availability to capture their couples portraits together as they were on a tight schedule and currently doing long distance. I am so glad I had availability in my calendar, because their photoshoot was an absolute blast! We had so much fun, and I loved having the honor to capture these special moments for them both to look back on!!
First, we started off their photoshoot at this hidden gem I love within the park of Garden of Gods! It has such a beautiful view of the red rock formations and makes for beautiful landscape portraits! We even saw some bighorn sheep on the trail too which was so cool!
Next, we then moved to a second location within the park to capture more beautiful couples portraits! High Point Overlook is a very popular and common location within the park to take photos at. Luckily, we held their photoshoot on a Sunday afternoon and this particular spot wasn’t too busy which was nice!
Another exciting surprise to this photoshoot was that Rachel will soon be graduating from Medical School! So we took some photos of her as well in her graduation cap and gown! You see can photos of the location ‘High Point Overlook’ here below.
Lastly, I just want thank both Rachel and Sam for trusting in me to capture these special moments for them! I truly enjoyed getting to spend time and hangout with you all at Garden of the Gods while capturing epic memories in the process!!
